The Hou Koda District Training Team is made up of highly dedicated and experienced leaders from packs and troops around the district who, besides their other positions and responsibilities, volunteer their time to help conduct training sessions for other leaders. These trainers are experienced leaders who want to share their experience to help other leaders. The Training Team normally puts on 5 or 6 Saturday training sessions each year.
The Hou Koda District Unit Trainers Every Pack, Troop, and Crew should have a person designated as a Unit Trainer. |
